SNAP Conference

Wondering what is missing in your life?

Have the nagging feeling you have forgotten something important?

Confused about where you will be spending the weekend of July 30 to August 1?

The answer to all of the above is the SNAP National Conference.

The conference will be held in Chicago this year at the Holiday Inn Mart Plaza. With rooms, double occupancy, for only $99 per night and a registration fee of $155 for the whole weekend; it is the chance of a lifetime. This beautiful hotel is in the heart of downtown with restaurants, public transportation and many Chicago landmarks within easy walking distance.

Speakers will include:

Justice Anne Burke, a current Illinois Supreme Court Justice and  a former head of the Bishops Lay Review Board.
Tom Doyle, long time outspoken critic of the church's handling of the abuse crisis, canon lawyer and expert witness in many clergy sex abuse cases.
Christine Courtois, author of Healing the Incest Wound, with a chapter devoted to clergy abuse as a form of incest

There will also be breakout sessions both morning and afternoon giving you the chance to investigate topics such as Working with the Media or Legal Concerns in depth or to attend a support group meeting.
